That's right!! Our little Bridger Dean is now 3 Years Old!!!
And yesterday we all celebrated in true Super Hero Style :)
So... the day started with a project. We have a few Super Hero t-shirts around this house... but I thought it would be fun if everyone had one for the party.
And operation Super Hero Style was thrown into action.
Oh hey. Did you know that after sewing EIGHT "Super" shirts, even the whir of the sewing machine starts to legitimately sound like it's singing..... ♪♫♪ "Na na nu nu nuh nuh nu nu, Na na nu nu nuh nuh nu nu, Na na nu nu nuh nuh nu nu.... BATMAN!!!"♫♪
True story.
BUT. By party time, everyone officially had some form of super hero something to wear. So I was happy.
You gettin' pumped yet just looking at these? ;)
All the super-kiddos♥
So, we are just swimming with little boys in this family... and as it turns out, almost all of them have a birthday within about a month of each other - the end of July to the end of August is a busy birthday time for us.
And it also just so happens that this year, we are all together in the same STATE right around all these special little birthdays. So while yesterday was actually Bridger's real birthday, this awesome party was not just his. He was a very lucky boy and got to have a BIG party with all the birthday boys. Four, to be precise. :)
But anyway... onto presents!!
My little "Cap" sitting with Aunt Megan
Little Buds
Big Buds

And a super fly little Nike outfit from his Daddy's friends. He was smiling so big!

And then it was MY birthday boy's turn... August 4th

He was so good about waiting his turn through all of this!
More little 'guys'. Oh how we all love 'guys' around here...
Then it was time to test out Bridger's new Stomp Rocket....
ZOOM!!!!!
(I think the big boys had just as much fun as the little ones :))
But this little one didn't care so much about the stomping... he was more into the tasting aspect.. hehe
Cute. Cute. Cute.

And Pinata Time!!! Bryce got to try first...
And then everyone else got a turn. This was a special one... no hitting required. Ah, brilliant.

And now some real smiles from this trio of The Punisher, Batman, and Captain America :)

The big guy.
My silly 3-year-old
Not sure he likes being the center of attention too much.
Mmm mm...
And my baby... and his awesome Daddy.
So, maybe next year we'll get some nice warm weather and it will actually feel like summer outside... and maybe we'll all get a little better at time management (so the party can start before 7pm..)... but ya know, even if we don't... this year?
I'm callin' it:
A Total "Super" Success ;)
